“How Rigid Thinking Built Otto & JJ: Celebrating Neurodiversity, Quality and Growth”

Neurodiversity Week is a time when differences in thinking get the spotlight they deserve. I’m the founder of Otto and JJ. I’m neurodivergent, and I’m often being told that my thinking is rigid, too structured or inflexible. However, it’s exactly that structure that laid the groundwork for Otto and JJ. Structure meant commitment, and commitment meant I could build something meaningful. I was focused on sourcing products that were made in England and Britain, rather than importing cheap products from China. My determination to showcase the skills of our manufacturing communities has led to the success of Otto and JJ. This week, I ‘m celebrating how thinking differently, yes, even rigidly, has allowed me to build a foundation of quality stability and growth.
