Returns Policy

RETURNS
The Otto & JJ returns policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it to us in re-saleable condition in its original packaging and we will refund or exchange it. Exclusions below apply.
To complete your return, follow the instructions on the return form, in your package or write to team@ottoandjj.com indicating if you would like a refund or an exchange and reasons why. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we are genuinely keen to know why, if you are not.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received within the 30-day period and is checked and processed, we will send you a ‘confirmation of receipt’ email. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after receipt and check, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for a different colour or size, send us an email at team@ottoandjj.com. Once an exchange has been agreed you should follow the normal return process above, to return the original item.

EXCLUSIONS
Excluded from Refund or Exchange policy:

  • Clothing which is not in a re-saleable condition – extra care must be taken when trying on clothing. Please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging.

  • Postage charges for returning goods are your responsibility. Please use proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing in its way back to us.

  • Retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund.

  • We don’t refund the original postage charges.
